Google Maps
Google's beta for their map software looks pretty impressive. I like the fact that it will actually give you directions as well as just showing the location that you're looking for. Until now I've been using MS Autoroute to do that.
Incorporating the search with places on the map is pretty cool as well.

Imagine how handy this will be for that trip to St George Channel this weekend.
The locator (or route planner) is still weak
I used the route planner and it got me within 1/2 mile of where i wanted to go, but not to where i wanted to go. It led me to EC4 instead of EC1 (postcodes).
