Microsoft patents the body electric. If only HP could make it work for their pdas, then I wouldn't have to worry about loosing all my data when I forget to charge the damn thing.

The main drawback I see in this technology (apart from the potential utter lack of privacy) is this recent finding:

Oh, yes--my conclusion being that EMFs constantly whizzing around/through the body could end up causing a lot of subtle problems...
Ouch. That is a worry. I think I may leave my phone in my bag from now on instead of my pocket.
I do like the idea of being able to power devices from the electrical charge in your body more than the idea of using it for data transfer (which could be pretty neat as well though).
