The ongoing saga of my replacement shock
I took my Vespa in to have the shock replaced after they ordered the wrong one last week... only to find out that their replacement hasn't arrived yet.
It would have been nice if they had given me a call yesterday to tell me instead of waiting untill I came in.

Yes, I hate having to be "proactive", a concept that wasn't even invented when I was growing up. Humph. (And was recently scolded by my advisor for not being.)
